If you use Slack for internal communication within your organization, the Alleo Slack App is a great way to keep your team up to date on all the Alleo developments.
Once you add the Alleo Slack App to a channel of your choice, Alleo will post relevant updates in this channel, like the latest Benefits and Perks added. The messages will contain deep links which lead directly to the promoted Benefit or Perk.
The great thing about receiving these updates in Slack, is the interaction it will trigger between your employees. Before you know it colleagues are booking their next Yoga class together!
Setting up the Slack integration
Before you get started, please note the following:
You need to be a Slack Admin to perform the steps below. If you are not a Slack Admin, share this article with the right person within your organization.
We recommend creating a dedicated channel for Alleo updates. Make sure to invite all your colleagues to this new channel.
Now follow these steps:
Contact Alleo Support with the following request: "I would like to make use of the Alleo Slack App."
Our team will share a setup URL unique to your organization (do not share this link with others).
Visit the URL, and select the channel to which you would like to invite the Alleo App:
Click 'Allow'.
That's it! You will now receive new updates from Alleo via Slack.
