As an Alleo user, you have access to a variety of benefits and perks. Here's a breakdown of how they work:

Benefits

Benefits are paid from a budget, typically provided by your employer, or in some cases, from your tax-free benefit allowance. These benefits can be one-off or subscription-based, often with discounts.

  • One-Off Benefits:
One-off benefits are usually gift cards or donations. When you click on a one-off benefit, you'll see "One-off" at the top. Once selected, the budget is immediately deducted and is non-refundable.

  • Monthly Benefits:
Monthly benefits, like gym or bicycle subscriptions, are labeled "Monthly" at the top. After selecting the benefit, the budget is deducted, and you will receive an email with sign-up instructions. If the actual subscription start date differs from when you selected the benefit, your budget will be adjusted the following month and refunded accordingly.

If you notice a mismatch, contact Alleo support at support@alleo.nl or through the in-app chat, providing the subscription start date confirmation.

If you change your mind and decide not to sign up, notify us as soon as possible. If no notification is given, the budget will continue to be deducted on the first day of following months.

Perks

Perks are exclusive collective discounts and special offers only available in the Alleo app. In the app, perks are clearly labeled as "Perk". These can include:

  • Discount Codes:
You might receive a discount code for subscriptions, shops, or gift cards.

  • Gift Card Purchases via iDEAL:
Some perks allow you to purchase gift cards with discount using iDEAL. Perks are paid directly by you and are not deducted from your budget. Note that gift card purchases using discounts are non-refundable.

Company specific benefits

In some cases, your company may offer exclusive benefits tailored specifically for employees. These benefits are typically found in the Campus tab under "Your Company name" Benefits. They are managed directly by your employer, so if you have any questions about how they work, please contact your HR department directly.

The selection of benefits and perks is determined by your employer and is based on your company's employment benefits package. If you have any questions about your eligibility, please reach out to your HR department.
