No, it is not possible to use saved budget for monthly benefits. Let's say you have a monthly budget of €25; in this case, that would be the maximum amount you can allocate towards monthly benefits.
Can I contribute all of my monthly budget towards a subscription if the budget contribution option is not available in the app?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to contribute your entire monthly budget towards a subscription if the budget contribution option is not available in the app. The available budget contributions are predetermined and you can only contribute the specific amount provided in the benefit options
I selected a monthly benefit and my budget was deducted, but I decided not to proceed with registration. How do I get my budget back?
If you changed your mind about signing up with a partner after selecting a benefit, you are eligible for refund. Please reach out to the YourCampus support team via the in app chat within 5 working days and we will process a refund.
It's important to note that this option is only available if you haven't proceeded with the registration and haven't created a membership with the benefit partner.
My employment contract ends. What will happen to my membership with YourCampus partner?
In most cases, your membership will be cancelled in the last month of your employment. However, there may be exceptions depending on the specific benefit. For example, in the case of Swapfiets, your subscription will be switched to a consumer plan, allowing you to continue using it while paying for it privately.
