Membership pricing
The pricing of the subscriptions is the same as you would directly sign-up for a gym. You can choose a benefit contribution based on your favourite gym location and type of contract. Make sure to review the pricing details on the gym's website before deciding on your budget contribution.
Please note that the specific conditions and terms may vary depending on the gym provider and location. It is crucial to review these details carefully before proceeding. During the registration process, you will have the opportunity to see the available contract durations and options specific to each gym.
Available budget contributions
The available budget contributions are set at: €15, €20, €30, €40, €50.
Please note that you can only contribute towards BFNL benefit up to your monthly allowance. If your monthly budget is €20, the maximum budget contribution towards BFNL benefit can only be €20. It is not possible to save up monthly budget or use one-off budget for any monthly benefits including BFNL.
Contract duration
Typically, gyms offer contract durations of 6 or 12 months. After the initial contract period, you have the flexibility to terminate your subscription at any time before it is due for renewal. This allows you to have control over your membership and make changes according to your needs.

Check if the gym you would like to use your budget for is available
Select the Benefit
Find the BFNL benefit in the Alleo app, select the budget you would like to contribute towards the membership and confirm your selection.
*Please note that the budget contribution for the selected option will be deducted from your budget as soon as you confirm your choice.
Email Confirmation and Registration
After selecting the BFNL benefit, you will receive an email with further instructions for the registration process. The registration link provided in the email is applicable for both new gym members and existing gym members.
*For existing gym members, during the sign-up process, you will have the opportunity to share your current gym membership details which will allow BFNL to transfer your account and payment terms.
During the sign-up process, you will have the option to select the start date of your membership or switch. This allows you to choose the date that is most convenient for you to begin your gym membership or transfer from an existing gym.
Sign up Confirmation
After completing the sign-up process with BFNL, you and Alleo will receive a confirmation from BFNL regarding your membership details and start date. Your budget deduction will be adjusted accordingly to align with the confirmed start date. This ensures that you are charged correctly and that your budget allocation corresponds to the duration of your gym membership.
Cancellation policy
Your company fitness subscription through BFNL typically begins with a fixed subscription period of 6 or 12 months, depending on your choice. During this initial period, premature termination is not possible. Once the initial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to an indefinite subscription, unless you inform BFNL that you do not wish to renew. After the initial period ends, if you decide to cancel your indefinite subscription 1 month cancellation period will apply.
User wants to cancel the subscription completely
You can cancel your subscription directly in your BFNL account. Once you initiate the cancellation, Alleo will receive a notification from BFNL and will end your benefit accordingly.
User ends employment and loses access to the Alleo app and budget
If your employment ends and you no longer have access to the Alleo app and budget, your BFNL gym subscription will be automatically cancelled at the end of your last employment month.
