Are you making use of one of our benefit partners, monthly? Or do you want to know how it works? Take a look at most frequently asked questions and their answers, below:

  1. Can I use saved up budget for monthly benefits?
    ​No, it is not possible to use saved budget for monthly benefits. Let's say you have a monthly budget of €25; in this case, that would be the maximum amount you can allocate towards monthly benefits.

  2. Can I contribute all of my monthly budget towards a subscription if the budget contribution option is not available in the app?

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to contribute your entire monthly budget towards a subscription if the budget contribution option is not available in the app. The available budget contributions are predetermined, and you can only contribute the specific amount provided in the benefit options

  3. I selected a monthly benefit and my budget was deducted, but I decided NOT to proceed with registration. How do I get my budget back?

    If you changed your mind about signing up with a partner after selecting a benefit, you are eligible for refund. Please reach out to the Alleo support team via the in-app chat within 5 working days, and we will process a refund.

  4. My monthly benefit doesn't start until next month, but my Alleo budget for this month has already been deducted. Why?

    As soon as you select and confirm a benefit, your Alleo budget is deducted from your account. Customer Support receives notifications of completed subscriptions, and will ensure your Alleo budget is deducted correctly. They will refund overpaid amounts.

  5. My sign-up has been declined, why?

    • If no cancellation reason was provided, please check if you signed-up with the same email address as you use to log into Alleo.

    • Did you select the benefit in Alleo and then used the sign-up link from the confirmation email? If not, first select the benefit in the Alleo app. You cannot complete the sign-up without first selecting it in the Alleo app.

  6. My employment contract ends. What will happen to my membership with Alleo partner?

    In most cases, your membership will be cancelled in the last month of your employment. However, there may be exceptions depending on the specific benefit. For example, in the case of Swapfiets, your subscription will be switched to a consumer plan, allowing you to continue using it while paying for it privately.

  7. My previous monthly benefit ended this month, but now I'm unable to select a new monthly benefit. Why?

    If you use a monthly benefit in month 1, and it ends, the monthly budget in our system is reserved for it - even if you don't pay the full amount of it with your Alleo budget.
    If you don't have enough monthly budget for two active monthly benefits, our system won't allow you to select a new monthly benefit.
    You can wait until month 2, to select the new monthly benefit, or you can contact our Customer Support team for assistance.
