If your company has the Holiday Allowance withdrawal feature enabled, you have the option to request a payout of your accrued gross holiday allowance along with your regular salary.
You have the flexibility to request a withdrawal for any amount at any point during the month. The requested amount will typically be paid out with the salary run of the following month.
Holiday allowance withdrawal
Example:
An employee requests a holiday allowance withdrawal of €500.
What happens next?
€500 will be paid out to you as additional gross salary with with next month’s payroll run.
€500 will be deducted from your gross holiday allowance reservation.
If you decide to save your accrued allowance, you can do that too. In this case, the accumulated amount will be paid out once annually, during the month when your company typically pays out holiday allowances.
