By setting up the integration between HR2day and Alleo, you achieve the following:
All existing employees in HR2day will be added to Alleo
Any mutations in HR2day (employees joining or leaving) will be automatically synchronised with Alleo on a daily basis
📌 Through this integration, Alleo will receive 'Read-Only' access to HR2day, meaning we can never modify data in HR2day.
Steps to set up the integration
Contact your HR2day Customer Success Manager to request the integration with Alleo. Include your Alleo contact person in CC.
HR2day & Alleo will set up the integration.
Alleo will create a test export of the data and share it with you.
After confirmation that the employee data is correct, the integration can be enabled.

First name
Last name
Business email (or personal email upon request)
Date of birth
Anniversary date
Contract start date
Contract end date
Company
Payroll ID
