Alleo offers a pension benefit in partnership with Brand New Day. This benefit allows you to contribute towards your future financial security through a pension plan.
Please note that the availability of a flexible pension benefit is subject to your company's policy.
Eligibility
The Flex Pension option is available to all eligible employees who meet the criteria set by your employer. If you do not see this option within the Alleo platform, it indicates that it is currently unavailable for you. For any inquiries regarding your pension eligibility, we recommend reaching out to your HR department for assistance.
Contribution amount
You will receive a budget that provides you with the flexibility to choose between contributing towards your pension plan, adding it to your salary or dividing the payout between pension and salary. It's important to note that this budget is specifically allocated for either pension or salary purposes and cannot be used for other benefits available in the Alleo app. It also could to know that this amount is a gross amount, income tax will still be deducted from this amount before it is paid out as salary or to your pension account.

When can I change my payout option?
The payout selection period is determined by your company and can occur monthly, quarterly, or annually. The specific duration and timing of this period depend on your employer's policies.
For example, if your company lets you change how you receive your money once a year, you can make that change between January 1st and January 20th.
The default selection
If you do not make a selection within the designated timeframe, your payout option will default to a monthly salary payout. You will have the opportunity to change it again during the next selection window.
