Offboarding employees via the Admin portal


When an employee ends employment, it's important to deactivate their account in the portal. Once deactivated, the employee will lose access to the app and their assigned budgets starting from the chosen offboarding date.

On the specified offboarding date, any allocated budgets will be automatically canceled, and the employee's status will change from Active to Deactivated.

Please keep in mind that the offboarding date must be scheduled for the future. To ensure the timely cancellation of employees' monthly subscriptions, we kindly request that you set the offboarding date at least 30 days before the intended offboarding date. Offboarding cannot be done retroactively.

For bulk off boarding, please fill out this template and share employees' information with Alleo via the tab "documents" in the Admin Portal:

  • Work email address

  • Offboarding date
