When a new employee joins your company and is eligible for Alleo access, you need to grant access to the employee.
The process varies based on your company's setup:
HR Integration: If you have integration enabled, employee onboarding and offboarding will be managed via the integration. Occasionally, employees are onboarded and offboarded through integration, while budgets should be manually allocated through the portal.
If you're uncertain about your company's specific setup, reach out to your account manager or get in touch with our Admin support team at admin-support@alleo.nl for clarification.

Bulk onboarding
For bulk onboarding, please fill out this template and share employees' information with Alleo via the tab "documents" in the Admin Portal.

Include the following employees' information:
Work email address
First name
Last name
Birthday
Company group (if applicable)
Work anniversary (if applicable)
Monthly budget (if applicable)
Monthly budget start date (if applicable)
One-off budget (if applicable)
Onboarding employees via the Admin portal
To onboard a fewer amount of employees, use the Alleo Admin portal available to you as a manager.
When you add a new employee through the portal, you grant them access to the Alleo app and designate specific budgets. Newly added employees will get access to the app and budget on the selected Onboarding date. On this date, Alleo will automatically send them an onboarding email.
Keep in mind that the onboarding date is a one-time setting; once saved, it's unchangeable. If you need to correct a date, reach out to our support team by clicking on the messenger icon on the right.
While onboarding, remember to allocate budgets. Budget access will be granted to the user on the selected Onboarding date.
