Permissions Management in the Alleo Portal

As a manager, you have access to a variety of insights and features within the Alleo portal. You can enable and disable permissions for other employees and managers, but you cannot modify your own permissions.

If a new HR manager joins or an existing one needs access, another HR manager can enable the necessary permissions for that colleague.

User Role Access:

  • Manager: Can log into the portal and manage permissions for other employees.

  • Employee: Can only log in if the Access to the portal toggle is enabled but will not have permission management access.

How to Add or Change Permissions:

  1. Log in to the Alleo portal.

  2. Navigate to the Employees tab.

  3. Select the employee whose permissions need updating.

  4. Go to the Permissions section to add or modify access.

If you need to change your own permissions, you can ask another HR manager with portal access to update them for you, or contact admin-support@alleo.nl for assistance.
