Within the Alleo Portal there is a Permissions management section in which you can control the view and edit rights of employees with an Alleo Account.

If you would like to grant Manager permissions to a colleague, joins or an existing one needs access, another HR manager can enable the necessary permissions for that colleague.
User Role Access:
Manager: Can log into the portal and manage permissions for other employees.
Employee: Can only log in if the Access to the portal toggle is enabled but will not have permission management access.
How to Add or Change Permissions:
Log in to the Alleo portal.
Navigate to the Employees tab.
Select the employee whose permissions need updating.
Go to the Permissions section to add or modify access.
If you need to change your own permissions, you can ask another HR manager with portal access to update them for you, or contact admin-support@alleo.nl for assistance.
