If your company has enabled the Flex Salary withdrawal feature, you can request early payouts of salary sources like Holiday Allowance or End of Year Bonus alongside your regular salary.
How it works
You can request a withdrawal for any amount at any time during the month. When making a request, you have the following options:
Custom amount – Specify the exact amount you want to withdraw
Full amount – Withdraw your entire available balance
Recurring withdrawals
Enable the "Make this recurring" option to automatically create a monthly withdrawal on the 1st of each month:
With a custom amount: that amount will be withdrawn (or less if your balance is lower)
With full amount: the maximum available balance will be withdrawn
You can stop a monthly recurring withdrawal at any time by again visiting the Flex Salary source and choosing 'Stop recurring payment'.
💡 When you request a recurring withdrawal, a first transaction is created immediately. For example: if you request a monthly withdrawal on January 14th, a transaction is created on January 14th and then automatically on February 1st.
When you'll receive your payout
The timing of your payout depends on when your employer processes withdrawal requests. You'll see the expected payout moment in the Alleo app when you submit your request.
Saving your allowance
If you prefer not to request early withdrawals, your accrued allowance will typically be paid out once annually during the month your employer typically processes that salary component.
