Everything you need to know about rewards and points

Through this feature, employees accrue points based on their company's rewards program. Within the Alleo App, employees have the autonomy to choose the rewards that align with their preferences and redeem their earned points for a variety of benefits available in the marketplace.

Within the Rewards tab, you will find three tabs:

  1. Claim

  2. Shop

  3. History

Claim

The "Claim" tab is the central hub where you can view all active goals set by your company. Here, you'll also find detailed information about your company's rewards program.

What are the types of goals in the Claim tab?

There are two types of goals: Auto and Claim.

  • Auto Goals: These are automatic goals assigned by your HR. You cannot claim these points, as HR determines whether you are eligible for it.

  • Claim Goals: These are goals you can actively submit claims for through the app. Each claim requires HR approval. If approved, points are assigned; if denied, you won't receive any points.

Where can I check my current points?

Your accumulated points can be found in the top right corner of the Alleo App interface.

Shop

How can I use my earned points?

Head over to the "Shop" tab to explore the benefits. You can spend your points on the benefits displayed here.

Can I combine points with different budgets?

No, you cannot combine points with different budgets. Points earned through the Rewards program are dedicated to the benefits available in the Shop tab.

History

In the "History" tab, you'll find two sections:

  • Transactions - all benefits selected in the Shop tab using your points.

  • Claims - all claims you've submitted along with their status.

What do the different claim statuses mean?

  • Approved: Your employer has approved the claim, and points should be awarded.

  • Pending: Your claim is awaiting review from your employer.

  • Rejected: Unfortunately, your claim was rejected.
