You can save up your budget for one-off benefits.

Please note that the "save up" limit is determined by your employer and in some cases it is capped to a certain # of months.

  • My voucher does not work. What should I do?

If you received a voucher code that does not seem to be working, please check the following:

  1. Double-check if your voucher needs to be redeemed first.

  2. Make sure that there are no spelling mistakes or extra space between characters.

  3. Check voucher/gift card T&C on the website where a voucher is being used. T&C varies per partner.

  • I purchased a voucher, but I don't want to use it anymore.

Before you purchase a voucher, check if you can use it in your country/region. Please also read T&C to ensure that vouchers can be used for the service you need.

We usually do not offer voucher refunds unless there is a special case or issue.
