We always strive to ensure your budget is deducted accurately and only when necessary. However, if you happen to notice any incorrect deductions, we're here to help!
Reach out to Customer Operations, and we'll thoroughly investigate the issue and ensure it gets resolved. It's important to contact us as soon as you notice something isn't right.

Read on to understand the circumstances when you are eligible for a refund and when you may not qualify.

Eligible for a Refund


  • Voucher not received

If you have not received the voucher you ordered or service you paid for, you are generally eligible for a refund. Please notify us promptly so that we can investigate the issue and assist you accordingly.

πŸ“Œ Note that there may be instances where emails with vouchers are bounced back. In such cases, we will gladly resend the voucher to ensure you receive it as intended.

  • Monthly Subscription Cancellation

If you have cancelled your monthly membership directly with a partner without informing Alleo, you are still eligible for a refund. Please reach out to the Alleo Customer Operations team as soon as possible and provide confirmation of the cancellation date. We will then verify the details with the partner and process a refund of your budget accordingly.

Please note that the cancellation process may vary depending on the specific benefit. In some cases, you may need to cancel your membership directly with the service provider, while in other cases, you may be required to contact Alleo Customer Operation for assistance with the cancellation.

  • Change of mind: Monthly benefits and subscriptions

If you changed your mind about signing up with a partner after selecting a benefit, you are eligible for refund. Please reach out to the Alleo Customer Operations team within 5 working days, and we will process a refund.

πŸ“Œ It's important to note that this option is only available if you haven't proceeded with the registration and haven't created a membership with the benefit partner.

Not eligible for a Refund


  • Change of mind: One-off benefits and vouchers

If you have changed your mind about a voucher purchase, we regret to inform you that refunds are generally not provided. Before you purchase a voucher, check the terms & conditions, for example: if you can use the voucher in your country/region.

  • No access to the Email Linked to Alleo

Make sure you have access to your email inbox before selecting a benefit. If you have already chosen a benefit, but find yourself unable to access the email address where the voucher was sent, please reach out to our Customer Operations team. We will assist you to the best of our ability in resolving the situation.

  • Voucher expired

All vouchers have an expiration date, which is communicated in the email with the voucher code. It's essential to use your voucher before its expiration date, as refunds will not be processed for unused vouchers after they expire.
