The Documents tab in the Customer admin portal provides a secure platform for uploading, managing, and sharing documents with Alleo. It enables two-way communication, making it easy for both you and Alleo to exchange important documents.
Types of Documents
You can share a variety of documents via the Customer admin portal, including but not limited to:
Data mutations
Keys required to set up integrations
Payout requests
Internal documentation for company benefits
Uploading Documents
To upload a document go to the Documents tab and upload the selected file. After uploading, the Alleo support team will receive a notification and review the document. Additionally, you have the option to notify your Customer Success Manager if the document is relevant to them.
