NMBRS offers the ability to import payroll components in bulk. This simplifies processing the mutations generated in Alleo by employees. These can be the following changes:
Paying out holiday allowance
Purchasing leave hours
Selling leave hours
NMBRS Import template
Download the import template at the bottom of this article. In this template, the above 3 changes are preloaded as examples.
❗Be aware: The payroll components used as examples in this article may differ from the setup of your NMBRS environment.
To import the desired changes from Alleo into NMBRS, follow these steps:
Download the desired changes via the Alleo Portal
Copy the changes into the NMBRS import template.
To import a payroll component, the following information is required per line, in the import file:
Debtor number
Company number
Employee number
If you are using the Alleo/NMBRS integration, this information can be automatically added per employee to the export reports that you can download via the Alleo Portal.
If you do not see this information per employee yet, please contact admin-support@alleo.nl to activate this.
