Using a Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) provides you with a stronger security upon signing in.
Depending on your MFA-app, this can be done by a code sent to your phone or an approval in the MFA-app. Your employer decides if this setting will be enabled. If MFA is enabled, every user is obliged to set up an MFA-app.

First time users will need to add the Alleo app to their MFA-app.

π οΈ How to set it up - link your Alleo with your MFA
Log in to the Alleo account you want to protect.
Go to Profile > Two factor authentication > follow step 1 and step 2
Step 1: Scan the QR code with your authenticator app or copy the code and paste it in your authenticator app
Step 2: Enter one-time code from your authenticator > Save

Follow steps above while opening your MFA app on your phone.
Tap Add account or the β icon
Select Scan QR code
Scan the QR code with your MFA app
The account will be added to your app, and youβll see a 6-digit code that changes every 30 seconds
Enter the code in the Alleo app, to confirm
