Logging in to the Alleo App
To use Alleo, you need to install the mobile app and sign in. Follow these simple steps:
1. Download and install the Alleo app
For iOS/iPhone
For Android
2. Open the app and and enter the email address known to your employer
3. Choose your login method
Based on your email address, Alleo shows the login option(s) available for your account:
OTP (One-Time Password) — enter the 6-digit code sent to your inbox. The code is valid for 10 minutes; request a new one if it expires.
SSO (Single Sign-On) — if your company uses an identity provider such as Microsoft, Google, Okta, or Auth0, you'll see the relevant option here. Click it to authenticate via your company account.
4. You're in! 🎉
The OTP login code remains valid for 10 minutes, after which the code expires. If the code no longer works, simply request a new one.
