With Alleo, employees can now choose from 2 powerful ways to enjoy their Sports & Health benefits — all fully managed within the Alleo platform.
1. Access to 3,700+ (local) Gym Locations
Through our expanded fitness network, you can now train at 1,200+ locations across the Netherlands, including major brands such as:
Basic-Fit
SportCity
Anytime Fitness
fit20
📌 For your local gym, search 'find your local gym' in the app to find 2,500 additional local options.
This gives you continued access to the gyms you know and love — plus even more choice to find a workout that fits your lifestyle.
To check available gyms, go to the Market:
Find your gym
Choose the location where you want to go to
Pick one of the available subscription types
Select the Alleo budget you’d like to use to cover the subscription costs.
Review the monthly payment details
If your monthly budget is higher or the same as subscription cost, the subscription is fully covered.
If your monthly budget is lower than subscription cost, the remaining amount will be debited from your private bank account each month.
Fill in your personal info
Select your start date
If you sign up between the 1st and 21st, you can start on the 1st of the next month or the month after.
If you sign up after the 21st, your subscription can only start on the 1st of the following month.
Check the box at the bottom if you already have a private membership with the gym.
2. More Flexibility with Direct Pay-Outs
Want to work out at your local yoga studio, climbing gym, or community fitness center, and you cannot find it in Alleo?
Our new Sport expense feature allows you to use your Sports & Health budget for a much wider range of fitness and wellbeing activities.
Submit an expense and receive payment directly to your bank account.
*Please note that the Sport Expense feature isn’t available to everyone - it depends on your benefits offer.
In some cases, you may be able to use the Expense Request feature instead (if enabled by your employer). If this option is available, your HR department will review your request.
