ClassPass monthly benefit is available for both new and existing ClassPass members.
To successfully register or request a switch with ClassPass, it is important to use your business email address. ClassPass only accepts email addresses with business domains and will not process registrations with email addresses from domains such as @gmail.com or similar personal email providers. If you do not have an email address with a business domain, unfortunately, you will not be able to make use of the ClassPass benefit through YourCampus.
Available plans and budget contributions
When it comes to the ClassPass benefit, there are different credit plans available to suit your needs. The membership cost can be covered in full if your budget allows it. If your budget doesn't allow to cover the membership cost fully or if you choose to allocate only a portion of your budget towards the ClassPass membership, the outstanding amount will be deducted directly from your bank account by ClassPass. This ensures that you can enjoy the benefits of ClassPass even if your budget allocation is not sufficient to cover the entire membership cost.
Please note that you can only contribute towards ClassPass up to your monthly allowance. If your monthly budget is €20, the maximum budget contribution towards ClassPass can only be €15. It is not possible to save up monthly budget or use one-off budget for any monthly benefits including ClassPass.

For example your monthly budget is €20, and you decide to select the 28 credit plan for your ClassPass membership. In this case, you can contribute €15 from YourCampus budget towards the monthly cost, while the remaining €20 will be directly deducted from your bank account by ClassPass.
Registration steps
Selecting the Benefit:
Once you have found the ClassPass benefit in the YourCampus app, select the budget you would like to contribute towards the ClassPass membership and confirm your selection.
*Please note that the budget contribution for the selected option will be deducted from your budget as soon as you confirm your choice.
Email Confirmation and Registration
After selecting the ClassPass benefit, you will receive an email with further instructions for the registration or switch process.
In the email, you will find:
Registration Link - this link is provided for users who do not have an existing ClassPass account.
By following the registration link, you can create a new account with ClassPass and choose your desired credit plan.
Switch form - for users who are already ClassPass members. Once you fill up the form, it will be sent to ClassPass. ClassPass will review it and process the switch as per your next payment cycle. ClassPass requires up to 3 working days to process the switch, so ensure that you submit the form at least 3 working days before your payment cycle renews. Once the switch is confirmed by ClassPass, your budget deduction will be adjusted to align with the switch date.
Cancellation policy
ClassPass benefit can be cancelled on a monthly basis. There are 3 types of cancellation. Read on to find your case and steps to follow.
User wants to cancel the subscription completely
If you wish to cancel your ClassPass subscription completely, please contact YourCampus support via the in-app chat. Provide your membership details, such as your first name, last name, and the email address associated with your ClassPass account. Our support team will assist you with the cancellation process.
User ends employment and loses access to the YourCampus app and budget
If your employment ends and you lose access to the YourCampus app and budget, your ClassPass subscription will be automatically cancelled at the end of your payment cycle in your last employment month. It's important to note that any remaining credits should be used before the end of your last payment cycle to ensure they are not lost.If you have changed your mind about signing up with ClassPass after selecting it in the YourCampus app, please contact our support team via the YourCampus in-app chat.
