The Alleo Gift & Celebrations feature allows employees to handpick their own gifts, adding a personal touch to enhance its significance and boosts engagement.
Celebrations this feature is typically used for are:
Birthdays: Ensure each employee's birthday is recognised and celebrated.
Work Anniversaries: Acknowledge the dedication and loyalty of employees on their work anniversaries.
How does is work?
The process is simplified through an automated setup. Birthday dates and anniversaries are captured through HR integrations or can be manually added via the admin portal.
For bulk updating the work anniversary or birthdays of your employees, reach out to our administrative support team at admin-support@alleo.nl. Please provide the list of employees' emails along with their respective dates to ensure accurate processing.
When the relevant date arrives (birthday or work anniversary), the system is automatically triggered and the gift budget is assigned to the employee.
Which budget is used for the gift?
The budget for the gift is determined by you as the employer. You have the flexibility to set the amount you'd like to allocate for each celebration. Here's how it works:
Birthday Celebrations: You can establish a single default budget that applies to all birthday celebrations. This means that each employee's birthday will be recognized with the same preset amount.
Work Anniversary Celebrations: Similarly, for work anniversaries, you can set individual default budgets for specific years of employment. For instance, if you want to reward employees for their 1st, 2nd, 5th, and 10th years of service, you can allocate a distinct budget for each of these celebrated milestones.
How does the employee know the gift was sent?
On the designated day, employees will see a celebrations popup in the Alleo app. If they don't select the gift right away, they can revisit the popup later via the Campus tab.
Additionally, there is the option to set up an automated email that is triggered upon gift budget assignment. For custom email content, contact Customer Success manager.
