In this article, you will learn about how to set up a “Goal” employees can work towards as part of the company rewards program.
Once you are logged in the Customer Admin portal, navigate to the “Rewards” tab.
Once you are on the Rewards page, you will land on the “dashboard” tab. You will need to switch to the “Goals” tab to get started. Once you are on the “Goals” tab you should see the following window:
Setting up your first goal
Log into the Customer Admin portal and navigate to the “Rewards” section.
Switch to the “Goals” tab, you should now see the following window:
Select “Create Goal” in the top right corner, this will open a side component where you can add your goal:
Creating a goal involves the following steps:
Providing a title for the goal - This will be reflected to the employee in the app and should be clear and easy to understand
Provide a description for the goal, how can it be reached, what are you measuring
Select an Icon for the goal, this is what employees will see in the app
Determine the number of points you will achieve every time this goal is reached - (Default point to euro ratio is 250 points for every 1 Euro)
You can enter the point value or the euro value
Example I want to award €2 for every hour worked = 500 points
Determine if the goal will be “Active” and live on the app right away or if you want this goal to start at a specific period you can enter the start date and end date in the input field
Lastly, you will need to determine how the points will be entered into the system (Automatic or via a Claims):
Automated - goals are assigned by HR via the Customer portal. This can be done in bulk via a Bulk points upload flow or assigned to the individual employee.
Claimed - means that employees will submit a claim for a given goal via the app. Each claim requires admin approval, if a claim is approved points are assigned to that user, if it is denied the user will not receive any points.
Setting up a scheduled birthday or work anniversary goal
If you want your employees to receive points on their birthday or work anniversary, you can set this up via Rewards feature. For this to work, each employee's birthday and work anniversary (the date they joined the company) must be available in their Alleo account.
Here’s how to set it up:
Create the Goal: Follow the steps outlined in "Setting Up Your First Goal." Ensure the goal type is selected as "Automated."
Contact Alleo Support: Once you've created the goal, reach out to Alleo support at admin-support@alleo.nl to finalise the setup.
When contacting support, provide the following details:
Specify which goal needs to be finalized and whether it’s for a birthday or work anniversary.
If it's a work anniversary goal, indicate the specific year after which employees should receive the points (e.g., after the 1st, 2nd, etc., anniversary).
