The Spot Rewards feature allows you to build your own reward program, enabling you to rewards top performers within your team and stimulate desired behaviors. You can activate your workforce via the Alleo App and make them aware of the Goals you have set. Goals reached? Then a personalised reward is waiting for the employee.
Point system
Instead of Euros, employees can earn points when reaching a goal. One point represents a certain Euro value, the default point to euro ratio is 250 points for every 1 Euro. This can be adjusted if you wish in the Alleo Portal.
Setting up Goals
Goals are ways in which your employees can earn points. As a Manager of Alleo you can launch Goals yourself via the Alleo Portal. Any Goals you set up are shown in the Alleo app for employees.
Example goals are:
Taking over a shift
Hours worked
Cleaning the kitchen

You can also set a goal for birthdays or work anniversaries. In these cases, points will be automatically assigned on the specified date, based on the information in the employee's Alleo account.

Assigning points to employees
Points can be assigned to employees in different ways:
Via an integration with your HR / Payroll platform
Employees can claim points using the app
Once a claim has been made, this requires approval by a Manager in the Portal.
