The Manager Portal provides real-time insights into how your organization utilizes Alleo. The Dashboard sections help you track benefit usage, employee engagement, and financial impact at a glance.
Your Dashboard Overview
The Dashboard page is the landing page of the Manager Portal, offering a high-level summary of how employees engage with Alleo across different modules. Here, you’ll find key usage statistics for the Alleo modules available to your organization.
By default, data is displayed for the ‘All Time’ period. Use the date filter to view insights for a specific time range.

Insights: Deeper Analysis per Module
For a more detailed view of a specific module’s usage, click “See more” on the Dashboard page for the module in question. This will take you to the Insights page, which provides granular data and visual metrics for each Alleo module.
Each Insights page is tailored to the module you select, displaying key performance indicators, budget allocation, and engagement trends.

💡 The availability of metrics in Dashboard depends on the modules available to your organization and the Permissions you have access to as a Manager.
