If you use the Alleo Flex Salary and or Flex Leave modules, salary and leave data needs to flow from AFAS to Alleo. This requires three additional GetConnectors to be imported into AFAS Profit, plus some configuration details shared with Alleo.
Step 1 β Import the GetConnectors
Download and import each of the following into AFAS Profit:
GetConnector | Download |
Leave Balances | |
Salaries | |
Wage Components |
π If you're unsure how to import GetConnectors, refer to the AFAS documentation or ask your AFAS administrator.
Step 2 β Share configuration details with Alleo
After importing, share the following with your Alleo contact:
For Flex Salary β Wage Component IDs
Payroll components | What to share |
Primary Salary Source | The wage ID used in your payroll for the monthly accrual of Holiday Allowance or another component |
Secondary Salary Source | The wage ID used in your payroll for the monthly accrual of 13th month or another component |
At most 2 payroll components can be retrieved via the integration.
For Flex Leave β Leave Type descriptions
AFAS organises leave data through Leave Types (Verlofsoorten). Alleo supports up to two leave types that can be imported into Alleo.
Leave Type | Description |
Flex | These hours can be sold via Alleo. Typically these hours consist of non statutory leave balance hours. |
Non Flex | These hours cannot be sold via Alleo and are only retrieved for display and information purposes. Typically these hours consist of statutory leave balance hours. |
Alleo needs the exact description of each Leave Type as it appears in AFAS Profit. You can find these under:
HRM β Beheer β Inrichting β Verlofsoorten
Copy the descriptions exactly β including capitalisation and spacing β and share them with your Alleo contact so we can map them correctly.
