Task center

The task center bundles all admin work into one place.

From requests to imports and exports. The task center makes admin work easier, faster and less prone to errors.

You can find the task center in the Manager Portal on the top, on the left side of the screen.

How it works

The task center is a shared to‑do list for all managers in the organization. When one manager marks a task as done, it disappears for everyone. Tasks are shown based on page permissions, so make sure these settings are correct for all managers. The required permissions are described below.
- Edit them via: Employees overview > find employee > Permissions.

Request tasks

  • Shown immediately after an employee submits a request in the app.

  • Tasks sent back to the employee for adjustment only reappear after the employee resubmits.

  • Sorted by request time; oldest requests appear first.

  • You only see these tasks if you have permission to edit requests.

  • Reward claim requests require edit permissions for rewards.

  • You only see tasks for the company groups you have edit permissions for.

Import tasks

  • You receive employee import tasks on the 20th of the month if there is no HR integration.

  • You receive Flexible payroll import tasks on the 20th of the month if there is no payroll integration.

  • To be able to see import tasks, you need edit rights in Data management.

  • Export tasks are created per company within the organization.

Export tasks

Activation

  • You need to activate export tasks on the Module settings page.

    • You can access that page only if you have edit permissions for Data management.

    • If your organization has "sell leave" enabled, activation is not supported yet. Continue using your current workflow; we plan to support this later this year.

  • Export tasks support only a full month (1st–31st). If your period differs (e.g. 10th–9th), do not activate import/export tasks and continue with your existing workflow. Alternatively, you can change the period to 1st–31st, but you must run an extra data export to capture any changes outside that period.

After activation

  • You receive export tasks on the 1st of the month if the Travel Expenses module is disabled, or on the 6th if the module is enabled (as employees can submit travel expenses until the 5th).

  • To view export tasks, you need view/edit rights on the relevant feature (e.g., for the tax-free purchases export: edit rights on Tax-free purchases).

  • Export tasks are created per company within the organization.

  • Export tasks have a deadline (configurable on the Module settings page), but remain visible until they are completed.
