In partnership with Brand New Day, we have created a flexible pension plan that can be easily managed from the Alleo app. With the flexible pension plan, employees have more control over their retirement savings. They can either save their pension money in a personal account with Brand New Day or get it as part of their salary.

As an employer you define the monthly amount for employees. Employees will see the gross amount represented in the Alleo app.

An employee can create their private pension account with Brand New Day via the Alleo app. Next, Brand New Day will provide support with setting up the account. Once the account is activated, the employee can make their contribution via the Alleo App.

If an employee does not create an account with Brand New Day, their pension pay out preference will be set to salary pay out by default.
